In 2006, Pam Roberts’ husband spent 6 weeks at Crossroads Hospice and she is grateful for the support and care she and her family received. It was Christmas and cold and damp outside but inside there was a fire to sit beside, cookies to eat in the kitchen, and someone to answer questions and provide comfort when it was needed.
“I was just so impressed, he was so comfortable – he was safe. So, I wanted to do something to pay Crossroads back by trying to help in any way I can."
